The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services has created a website that allows Ohioans to Apply for Cash, Food and Medical Assistance, and allows benefit recipients to complete an Interim Report and a Reapplication form and make changes to their existing Cash, Food or Medical Assistance case.

When applying or accessing your case online for the first time, you will need to have an e-mail account.

If you don't already have an email account, there are several options available.  Such as Gmail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail, etc...  Below is an example of how to create a Hotmail account.
