Kinship Navigator Program The goal of the Kinship Navigator Program is to enhance the physical & emotional well being of inter-generational families by assisting grandparents and other relatives in providing stable and loving homes for children in need. The program helps caregivers by coordinating services and providing general information and referral services along with referrals for legal, child care, and financial needs.
