Post Adoption Special Service Subsidy (PASSS)
The State of Ohio has revised the procedure for PASSS applications. They will no longer go through your county’s Child Protective Agency. OhioKAN will be processing all PASSS applications.
OhioKAN will begin accepting applications for PASSS funding in the new Fiscal Year 2023 (July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023) on May 1, 2022, for services effective on or after July 1, 2022. To submit a PASSS application for Fiscal Year 2023 families may contact a Navigator at 844-OhioKAN (844-644-6526) or by email at ohiokan@jfs.ohio.gov.
