You can log onto the Ohio Child Support Customer Service Web Portal at http://jfs.ohio.gov/ocs/ to check payment and balance information regarding your Child Support Case. The Web Portal provides you with the option of printing a payment history for your own records.

Receiving Payments

Ohio offers two methods for receiving support payments:
