You can log onto the Ohio Child Support Customer Service Web Portal at to check payment and balance information regarding your Child Support Case. The Web Portal provides you with the option of printing a payment history for your own records.

You can also use the Ohio Child support Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System to check payment and balance information. This is an automated telephone system. Note that you will need to set up a security PIN number the first time you use this service. This toll-free number is: 1-800-860-2555

Receiving Payments

Ohio offers two methods for receiving support payments:

  1. Direct Deposit into a bank account
  2. e-QuickPay Debit MasterCard
  3. Changes Coming to Ohio's Child Support Program


To enroll in one of the above, submit an enrollment form to: Ohio CSPC, PO Box 182812, Columbus, Ohio 43218 or fax to 614-985-4453 (for Direct Deposit include a copy of a voided check or encoded deposit slip)
