Walk-In Children's Immunization Clinics

These clinics are for Children two months to 18 years of age.  Vaccines are available for Children who are under-insured, without insurance or have Medicaid.  Please bring your child's immunization record with you.  These clinics are being held by Geauga County Health District in partnership with University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center.
